Ireland, no Sovereignty in International Law

The Republic of Ireland have been told today, that the "International Law of the Sea" has no jurisdiction in the European Union. News & Star

Now, if that is not a loss of Sovereignty, then I will eat my hat

However, as Ireland, not being signatories to the Vienna Convention on the Law of Treaties, its hardly surprising that the Tea shop, dailed the wrong number.....
