New Labour 'Beating' Electoral Fraud.

Harriet Harman the Elections Minister says "electoral fraud is extremely rare" but is expected to announce today, that Falsely applying for a postal or proxy vote will become a crime under new laws intended to combat electoral fraud. Reuters

So, in this, our multicultural society, what new law is this Government going to introduce, to prevent the man of the house legally applying for postal votes for all the family and then 'beating' the shit out of them until they put their mark in the box for the Party that he wants them to vote for?
