David Cameron (hard “c” and a sharp “t”)

The Conservatives plan on discarding government targets as a means of improving the NHS. A report by the bbc says that David Cameron will announce plans to scrap the targets as part of the Conservatives' new health policy, to be unveiled tomorrow.

Ok, fine but lets look at the word 'NATIONAL'

National: adjective: of or relating to a nation

National: noun : one that owes allegiance to or is under the protection of a nation without regard to the more formal status of citizen or subject.

The Government of The United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland draws up on its LEGAL BASIS from The Treaty (or Act) of Union, 1707.

Article 4 of the Act of Union states: "That all the subjects of the United Kingdom of Great Britain shall from and after the Union………have the same Rights Privileges and Advantages".

So what is Cameron going to do about the different "Rights Privileges and Advantages" that have arisen since Royal Assent was granted to the Scotland Act 1998 and the Government of Wales Act 1998

Differences in the way that the health service is run in England, Scotland, and Wales has increased since they were devolved to separate elected bodies. Ministers in the Scottish Parliament and the Welsh assembly have full autonomy over there respective Health Service legislation.

So how is Cameron going to be able to discard with their respective targets.

It sounds like another "I will withdraw the Conservative party from the EPP by Christmas". Unless he is able to state that he will repeal the scottish and welsh acts, he is talking with folk tongue

Fuck off DAVE we have heard it all before.
