The answer to political donations is simple

Each potential candidate has to raise the cash for their political campaign from within the constituancy which they wish to represent. (capped)

Its about time some of these buggers put themselves about a bit, instead of relying on a central PARTY for their funding.

We might again, get real democracy

By the people for the people.

Where is my tractor

The European Union has agreed the 2008 budget that will include the necessary funds to finance the failing (illegal,as it is not constituted or ratified through treaty) Galileo satellite-navigation project. The European Unions Portuguese presidency have said that the subjugated states, finance ministers (That includes the Badger of Northern Rock, darling) have agreed to raise an extra €2.4 billion for the project.

So where is the money coming from?....well it comes from funds that should go to farmers under the Common Agricultural Policy (CAP).

Galileo's supporters say the satilite system will give greater accuracy and reliability than the US GPS system, which is the current leader in the field.

So, there you go Mr Benn, in 2013 you can find the dead farmers body, asphyxiated in his tractor at the bottom of Lackey hill, Ambridge

Badger Baiting

Even though the government has claimed that the catastrophic security breach was the product of an individual error by a junior civil servant, New evidence suggests senior Revenue & Customs officials were aware that data including addresses and bank account details of 7.5 million families was to be provided to the National Audit Office.

A Revenues & Customs official told the National Audit Office it would not filter the data of 25 million people to omit personal details because it was too costly

"I must stress we must make use of data we hold and not over-burden the business by asking them to run additional data scans/filters that my incur a cost to the department."

The documents appear to contradict Alistair Darling's assertion that the loss of the two CDs was down to a "junior official" who acted alone in breaching procedures, a version of events backed by Gordon Brown during prime minister's questions yesterday.

Copy of the e-mails can be seen here Guardian

So what is the National Audit Office agenda?

Is this parliament, after many years, reasserting it authority?

Is the e-mail leak actually covered by Article 9 Bill of Rights?

'blind eye' knowledge.

This man is guilty of the tort misfeasance in public office.

The President of the European Union Commission, by way of articles 268 to 280 of the EC Treaty, is responsible for ensuring that moneys transferred to the EU from the UK by provision of the European Communities Act 1972 are accounted for correctly in law.

Article 274 EC states: The Commission shall implement the budget, in accordance with the provisions of the regulations made pursuant to Article 279, on its own responsibility and within the limits of the appropriations, having regard to the principles of sound financial management.

As the UK government claim, that the UK Common Law is protected from the Civil Laws of European Union, then the Foreign and commonwealth Office, should now issue a European Arrest Warrant on behalf of the UK tax payers, for Commission President Barroso to be summons to a UK court of law to answer questions with regard to the failure of the European Court of Auditors to 'sign off' the EU budget for the 13th year.

If you can't beat em, *uck them.

Lisbon Treaty 'ever closer corruption'

For the 13th year, EU auditors have once again refused to sign off the European Unions accounts.

The president of the European Court of Auditors, Hubert Weber, said "I believe that the EU citizens are entitled to expect EU funds to be properly managed and controlled across the Union,"

The European Union and the EU Commission draws up on its LEGAL BASIS on budgetary maters from Article 268 to 280 of the EC Treaty.

Article 274 The Commission shall implement the budget, in accordance with the provisions of the regulations made pursuant to Article 279, on its own responsibility and within the limits of the appropriations, having regard to the principles of sound financial management.

It doesn't mater how fast you chase the European Commission, you never catch up with the money.

This can be expressed as EU = mc13, where EU is the immovable object, mc = mass corruption and 13 is the number of years that the auditors have been unable to sign off the European Union accounts.

And Gordon Brown wants to sign up to 'ever closer corruption' by signing the Lisbon Treaty

Pigs in Space

On the BBC Today Program The longest serving female Member of Parliament and chair of the House of Commons Transport Committee, Gwyneth Dunwoody said of the European Union Galileo satellite project

"This is not one pig flying in orbit. This is a heard of pigs with gold trotters, platinum tails and diamond eyes".

In a report into the European Union Galileo network, the House of Commons Transport Committee has said it had serious concerns about the Galileo project, and has complained about the lack of assessment that measured the system's true benefits and risks.

The committee has called on the British government to do everything in its power to prevent the programme going ahead without the cost-benefit analysis.

Least we forget

It is recognised today that many of the soldiers who were shot at dawn may have suffered from "shell shock" or "battle fatigue" and were obviously under extreme stress, which resulted in them deserting or other actions. Today these conditions are better known as Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder, which is recognised as an illness.

Non of the executed soldiers would be shot today, the military death penalty was finally outlawed in 1930.

Many of these men proved they were brave by refusing to be blindfolded for their executions. They stared down the barrels of the guns which were about to kill them. That's not cowardice. That's courage.

Gordon Brown is a Lying Bastard

The former French President Valery Giscard d'Estaing, the author of the original EU constitution, has said publicly, that the recently agreed treaty (The EU Lisbon Reform Treaty) is the same one as the previous text which failed in French and Dutch referendums in 2005.

Giscard d'Estaing says the new EU Reform Treaty is effectively the same as the constitution it was designed to replace, and he says the treaty differs from the abandoned constitution in "approach rather than content".

Giscard d'Estaing "approach rather than content", is to basically say that Gordon Brown, David Milliband and Jim Murphy are lying Bastards

I'm Sorry I haven't A Clue

Apparently, the BBC are reporting that, the most telling word in the Queens Speech is “aspiration”:

“to respond to the rising aspirations of the people of the Untied Kingdom” — and, more specifically, in meeting “people's aspirations for better education, housing, healthcare and children's services, and for a cleaner environment”.

ASs....PIRATION = Donkey Sweat

So are we talking more Tax's, are the buggers going to work us like donkeys

“to respond to the rising Donkey Sweat of the people of ENGLAND” — and, more specifically, in meeting “people's Donkey Sweat for better education, housing, healthcare and children's services, and for a cleaner environment”.

Just as an aside, education, housing, healthcare and children's services are devolved to Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland (oh and environment is an EU competence) so, it will just be the Sweat of the English Donkey then.

Eat your hearts out Graeme Garden, Tim Brooke-Taylor and Barry Cryer.

Former MEP Dana Rosemary Scallon has said Irish people should not allow faceless Eurocrats to shape their future with regards to the new Reform Treaty.

Dana confirmed today that she would support the public campaign in Ireland to defeat the document. “Right now, the majority of people in Ireland wouldn’t support the Treaty,”

If It's Wednesday, This Must Be Belgium

Five months after the vote on 10th June this year, Belgium still hasnt got a government.

Which begs the question,

Did the person who agreed to the text of the EU Reform Treaty in Lisbon have the legal right and appropriate full powers?

Vienna Convention on the Law of Treaties

Article 7 Full powers
A person is considered as representing a State for the purpose of adopting or authenticating the text of a treaty or for the purpose of expressing the consent of the State to be bound by a treaty if: he produces appropriate full powers

We should know

“the River Tiber foaming with much blood”.

Three EU citizens were in hospitals in Rome yesterday - one of them seriously injured - after being attacked by a masked, club-wielding gang on Friday night

The violence, came as authorities in Milan carried out the first expulsions of Romanians under new legislation that came into effect on Friday allowing for the removal of EU citizens judged to be a threat to public security.

The decree made by Prime Minister Romano Prodi came into force for the first full day on Friday and followed a spate of violent crimes in Italy, many blamed on immigrants from EU countries which joined the EU this year.

Like Enoch Powell, Romano Prodi seems to be seeing “the River Tiber foaming with much blood”.
