Judge says science is flawed.

Say the following out loud

One one thousand, two one thousand, three one thousand, four one thousand, five one thousand, six one thousand, seven one thousand.

Now watch this video and start counting from the time the nice policeman first encounters the naughty lady and then slaps the same naughty lady across the face to the time he withdraws his baton and whacks her across the legs.

What District Judge Daphne Wickham is saying in the Smellie case, is that this particular Policeman (Delroy Smellie) is as 'thick as two short planks' or Hick’s Law is wrong.

Reaction time (RT) is the elapsed time between the presentation of a sensory stimulus and the subsequent behavioural response

The law is usually expressed by the formula RT = a + b log2(n + 1), where a and b are constants representing the intercept and slope of the function, and n is the number of alternatives.

God has a sense of humour

On the day that the House of Commons science and technology committee reports on it's investigation in to the behaviour of the Climatic Research Unit (CRU) at the University of East Anglia (UEA)

God serves up his own White Wash

The parliamentary select committee was scathing about the "standard practice" among the climate science community of not routinely releasing all its raw data and computer codes – something the committee's chair, Phil Willis MP, described as "reprehensible". He added: "That practice needs to change and it needs to change quickly."

The committee chairman went on to say "There was no evidence to challenge the "scientific consensus" that global warming is induced by human activities".

Courage

It doesn't take courage to die in an Afghanistan road side explosion.

However, It takes courage to enlist in the first place and then go out on patrol in a war zone supplied with inadequate equipment.

MY NEW CAR

I bought a new car and returned it to the dealer yesterday because I couldn't get the radio to work.

The salesman explained that the radio was voice activated.

'Nelson,' the salesman said to the radio.

The radio replied, 'Ricky or Willie?'

'Willie!' he continued and 'On The Road Again' came from the speakers.

Then he said, 'Ray Charles!', and in an instant ' Georgia On My Mind' replaced Willie Nelson.

I drove away happy, and for the next few days, every time I'd say, 'Beethoven,' I'd get beautiful classical music, and if I said, 'Rolling Stones,' I'd get one of their awesome songs.

Yesterday, some guy ran a red light and nearly creamed my new car, but I swerved in time to avoid him. I yelled, 'Arse Hole!'

Immediately the radio responded with, "Ladies and gentlemen, the Prime Minister, Mr. Gordon Brown......."

Damn, I love this car...

How to rip off your Neighbours

Everyone in the UK and all terrorists across the world know that, the British government doesn't pay ransoms.

So, taking your child to Pakistan, under the pretence of a visit to his Grandma and arranging for his kidnapping is not going to secure money from the British government.

However, you arrange for the kidnapping of your child anyway and because your local home community know that the government will not help financially, they [fellow ethnics] take pity on you; you raise the cash in the name of Allah.

Your brothers uncle gets his cohorts to baby sit the child for 10 days.

AND

£100,000 paid to release the child, Allah be praised.

Hadrian's CO2 Fest

Tonight Hadrian's Wall was lit from end to end by a team of 1000 volunteers holding flaming torches.

The "line of light" followed the 84-mile walking trail, which shadows the route of the Roman wall between what was Scotland and the borders of Cumberland and Northumberland. Volunteers, each holding a gas-powered beacon, stood at 820ft intervals, between Wallsend and Bowness-on-Solway

Organisers described the response for volunteers as "overwhelming", with people travelling from as far afield as Canada and Australia to take part in the CO2 emission fest.

SPQR
Small Pollution, Questionable Relevance

Global Warming alarmists contend that the degree of global warmth over the latter part of the 20th century was greater than it has been at any other time over the past one to two millennia, because this contention helps support their claim that what they call the "unprecedented" temperatures of the past few decades were CO2-induced.

Hence, they cannot tolerate the thought that the medieval warm period of a thousand years ago could have been just as warm as, or even warmer than, it has been recently, especially since there was so much less CO2 in the air a thousand years ago than there is now.

Likewise, they are equally loath to admit that temperatures of the Roman Warm Period of two thousand years ago may also have rivaled, or exceeded, those of the recent past, since atmospheric CO2 concentrations at that time were also much lower than they are today. As a result, global warming alarmists rarely even mention the Roman Warm Period

The following are European Union Competence's which the UK Government, supported in Parliament by the 3 main parties, have signed away

The next Government cannot legislate upon.

Competition, Trade, Asylum and Immigration, Foreign Affairs, Industrial Policy, Agriculture, Fisheries, Energy, Transport, Regional Government, Consumer Health, Social and Employment Policy, Justice and Home Affairs.

And although the NHS, is not a European Union competence, it is neither the sole competence of the Westminster Parliament.

The European Union regional councils of North and West Britain have jurisdiction for their own health services. Welsh Health Service, English Health Service, Scottish Health Service

HELLO...Recep Tayyip Erdogan

An English artist whose work was found to have mocked Turkey's prime minister has been handed a fine in place of a jail term. Michael Dickinson, 59, originally from County Durham, created "Good Boy" which showed Recep Tayyip Erdogan as a dog.

During the hearing today, the prosecutor had insisted he should face a custodial sentence for his cartoon.

The judge ruled that he had insulted the prime minister and handed him the prison term, which he then commuted to a fine equivalent to about £3,000.

Well, Mr Recep Tayyip Erdogan, you will have to join the European Union and then get an 'EU arrest warrant' to get me.

Because as sure as dogs bollocks is dogs bollocks I wont be going to Turkey any time soon.

Surely, as an individual; I have a human right (Article 8) not to install shit that is imposed on others by the European Union (the Lisbon Treaty made the EU a public authority).

NEXT, You will be trying to tell me that Global Warming exists because the CRU at the university of East Anglia uses a windows software package.

Election Broadcast 2010

"I must tell you that a socialist policy is abhorrent to British ideas on freedom. There is to be one State, to which all are to be obedient in every act of their lives. This State, once in power, will prescribe for everyone: where they are to work, what they are to work at, where they may go and what they may say, what views they are to hold, where their wives are to queue up for the State ration, and what education their children are to receive. A socialist state could not afford to suffer opposition - no socialist system can be established without a political police. They (the Labour government) would have to fall back on some form of Gestapo".
